Matari Coffee

Matari coffee is produced in the Bani Matar district – Sana’a Governorate. It is grown on mountain terraces and in valleys at an altitude of 1700 to 2800 meters above sea level. It is dried under sunlight on rooftops and in modern dryers.

Harazi Coffee

Harazi coffee is produced in the Haraz region and consists of two varieties:

  • The first variety is Harazi coffee (also known as Sa’afani coffee).

  • The second variety is Ismaili coffee (coffee of Bani Ismail).
    These types are grown on mountain terraces and in valleys at altitudes of 1500 to 2400 meters above sea level. They are dried under sunlight on rooftops and in modern dryers.

Haymi Coffee

Haymi coffee is produced in the Al-Haymah district – Sana’a Governorate. It is grown on mountain terraces and in valleys at an altitude of 1800 to 2200 meters above sea level. It is dried under sunlight on rooftops and in modern dryers.

Yafa’i Coffee

Yafa’i coffee is produced at an altitude of 2200 meters above sea level in the Yafa region, a mountainous area located northeast of the city of Aden.
