Inauguration of a Solar-Powered Irrigation System

Funded by Al-Hamdani Mocha Company, an innovative solar-powered irrigation system was inaugurated in the Bani Matar region of Sana’a Governorate. The event was attended by the Minister of Agriculture and Irrigation, the company’s General Manager, several local authority leaders, and farmers from the region.

The system aims to facilitate water supply for coffee trees, enhancing productivity and crop quality. It also encourages farmers in the region to replace qat trees with coffee trees, a key agricultural crop that supports the local economy.

This initiative marks a significant step in improving agricultural practices in the region and expanding the use of sustainable technologies in farming.
